As Lead UX Designer for NetSuite.com, responsible for leading a major redesign of Oracle’s 1,600+ page cloud ERP marketing site — spanning product, industry, and AI solutions — and aligning design, research, and engineering before scaled rollout.
- Defining a website design system with design tokens, light/dark themes, Figma variables, and component patterns so design and engineering share one implementation path across a legacy, high-volume site.
- Advancing information architecture through HTML prototypes, including homepage concepts, new product landing pages, and live navigation experiments, to help buyers find and understand NetSuite’s portfolio.
- Building AI-assisted design workflows — dynamic screenshot builder, branded animation builder, sitemap generator tied to navigation prototypes, and Figma/Codex plugins — to accelerate production across design and development.

- Designed Figma proof-of-concept applications that established a multi-year roadmap for integrating OpenTelemetry into OpenText’s enterprise product line.
